In HCIS 2026 Summer workshop, the papers are expected to present significant results to solve the various problems with application services and other problems within the scope of HCIS. In addition, we expect that they will trigger further related research and technological improvements relevant to our future lives. These are the hot topics that will satisfy the ever-changing needs of a world-wide audience. After closing congress, accepted and presented papers will be recommended to HCIS Journal - Special Issues of the Intl' Journals indexed by SCIE or SCOPUS. - SCIE journal recommendations (Distinguished excellent papers) ** No showers' paper will be NOT recommended to intl' journal**. --------------------------- Special Issues ---------------------------- The distinguished selected papers accepted and presented in HCIS 2026 Summer Workshop, after further revisions, will be recommended in the special issues of the following international journals indexed journals: - Human - centric Computing and Information Sciences - KCIA (SCIE, IF 6.6, JCR Q1 level) ** This is the current index status of the journal. However, the journal indices may be changed due to several reasons. In that case, we are not responsible for it ** When authors recommend potential reviewers for their paper, the recommended reviewers' countries must be different. ** The recommended authors MUST strongly keep the recommendation guideline for the submission. --------------------------- Registration --------------------------- All attendees at HCIS 2026 Summer Workshop should make the registration. One author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid until Registration Due Date. Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings and it cannot be recommended to the journal special issues.
